Brasserie · World cuisine
In Bouc-Bel-Air, Pakal reinvents the brasserie: a culinary journey bringing the four corners of the world onto a single plate.

The concept
Pakal is not quite a brasserie like the others. You'll find the generosity and conviviality of a great Southern table, but the plate itself travels: Mediterranean, Asia, the Americas, spices from elsewhere.
Carefully chosen produce, honest cooking and one simple wish: to make every meal an escape. Here, you share, you discover, you take your time — like coming back from a beautiful journey.

The story
Michaël and Geoffrey — Mika and Jo to the regulars — have known each other for a long time. Already restaurateurs in their own right, they dreamed of a place of their own: a table built for sharing, conviviality and the pleasure of welcoming.
They named it Pakal, a discreet nod to the Mayan civilisation: a culture of travel, stars and stories. A name to say the essential — the desire to take you travelling, one plate at a time.
“Every plate tells a story, every flavour is a journey.”
