Pakal

The restaurant

The Pakal spirit

A contemporary brasserie where you come to share a great meal and enjoy a convivial moment.

The spirit of a great Southern table, a taste for elsewhere — at Pakal, every meal is a departure.

The concept

In tune with the times

Pakal reinvents the Southern brasserie: the generosity of a great table, carefully sourced produce — and a plate that never sits still. Mediterranean, Asia, the Americas: every menu is an itinerary.

No showing off here. Honest cooking, precise timing, bold flavours. You come for a lunch with colleagues, a family dinner, a long evening on the terrace — and you leave already planning your return.

The story

Mika & Jo

Michaël and Geoffrey — Mika and Jo to the regulars — have known each other forever. Already restaurateurs in their own right, they dreamed of a table that felt like them: generous, open to the world, no fuss.

Pakal was born of that friendship. A place made for welcoming — from quick lunches to the big Saturday-night tables.

« Every plate tells a story, every flavour is a journey. »

The name

A name from far away

Pakal borrows its name from K'inich Janaab' Pakal, the great Maya king of Palenque — a civilisation of stars, builders and travel tales.

From that heritage, the place keeps a whisper: a golden motif here, an engraved line there. A discreet nod — never a theme.

The setting

A rare setting

A bright timber-framed dining room, a south-facing terrace and private parking with accessible spaces — a rare comfort in the area. Pakal is made for big tables and quick lunches alike.
